Is there a free plan?
No — ViralClip doesn't offer a free tier. Instead, we provide a full interactive demo so you can explore the UI, mock clips, and test variant switching before committing to a plan. All paid plans start at $29/month.
What are tokens?
Tokens measure AI processing usage. Each clip generation uses approximately 3,500 tokens. Your plan includes a monthly token allocation, and you can purchase add-on packs if you need more.
What is BYOK and do I still need a subscription?
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) lets you connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini API key. You pay the AI provider directly at cost, so token deduction is skipped. However, an active ViralClip subscription is still required to access the platform's clipping, testing, and scheduling tools.
What happens when I run out of tokens?
You'll see a warning at 20% remaining. At 0 tokens, clip generation is paused until you either buy a token pack or upgrade your plan. You can still use the dashboard, view existing clips, and manage your content.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused tokens do not roll over.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
