Welcome to ViralClip. By using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ViralClip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

ViralClip provides an AI-powered service for editing and repurposing long-form videos into short clips. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your content creation needs, subject to your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to fully comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account, including the content of your transmissions through the service.

• You must not use the service to upload or process illegal, offensive, or infringing material.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to process the video content you submit.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the platform's operation.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the video content you upload. ViralClip does not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. All platform code, design, and branding remain the intellectual property of ViralClip.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

ViralClip operates on a subscription billing model. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring schedule based on your selected plan. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ViralClip or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the ViralClip platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
